Slavlen AD relies on over 70 years of experience in road construction and the production of building materials.
It began in 1950 with the establishment of the State Construction Association Road Constructions. Over the years, the company has gone through various stages of development, while maintaining its main focus - building and maintaining key infrastructure in Bulgaria.
Today, Slavlen combines long-standing expertise with an innovative approach and an expanded portfolio of services. The company participates in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects, maintains its own production and extraction base, and works with a team of experienced specialists and modern equipment.

The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and holds production control certificates.
02 HISTORY
1950
By decree № 600 of the Council of Ministers, the State Construction Association Road Constructions was established.
1967
The construction of regional offices of Road Constructions in the country begins.
1989
By decision № 1 of the Sofia City Court, the state-owned company Hemus Motorways - Sofia was registered.
1992
By decision № 3 of the Sofia City Court, the assets of a number of departments of Road Constructions are transferred to Hemus Motorways.
1994
With decision № 105 of the Council of Ministers, the privatization of Hemus Motorways AD begins.
2022
The company adopts the name Vitez Prospect AD.
2025
The company begins operating under the new name Slavlen AD.
