The project includes the major repair of 16.129 km of road III-7907 and 0.320 km of road connections. The route passes through flat terrain and the regulation of three settlements: the village of Debelt, the village of Trustikovo and the village of Polski Izvor.
The road is of important economic importance for the region. The design speed is in the range of 40–90 km/h, and the road gauge is G6.5 / 9.50. The scope of the section includes 3 road intersections and 4 large facilities: an overpass over the railway line at km 3+305, a bridge over the Rusokasternska River, an arch bridge over the Maladzhiysko Dere River and a bridge over the Chakarliyka River. Repair works are planned on them.
